I'm thinking about for example Arctic Monkeys' "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High" and Electric Light Orchestra's "Telephone Line".

They just kind of squish words together, building up while making the vocals match the music, and have those very good moments before going over to another part of the song.

Does anyone know any such songs?

Edit: Came to think of it, I think CCR's "Sinister Purpose" also fits here.
