Like of all time? Probably a Madonna song.

"Juicy" by Doja Cat has got to be the catchiest, most asinine song ever made.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper is definitely up there.

They don’t have roots in any other style, don’t really have any noticeable influences in the song like some already listed here. It’s just bubblegum pop goodness.

Probably Thiller by MJ. He is the king of pop after all. I think my personal favorite is Mr Blue Sky by ELO though.

Pop just means popular, default music of a certain time period it really doesn’t have a clearly defined sound lol but

60s - I wanna hold your hand

70s - dancing queen

80s - Every breathe you take

90s - torn

00s - toxic

I like that tune too. Great melody, and it is sung with conviction. Fleetwood Mac Dreams is another good one.

If I had to listen to one pop song for the rest of my life it’d be “Run Away With Me” by Carly Rae Jepsen

The Archies - Sugar Sugar Simple classic pop song structure. Lyrics to appeal to children but not alienate adults. Easy to sing along to.

"I want it that way" by the Backstreet Boys. I have a whole list of the ingredients why I feel this way from a songwriter's perspective but as a listener, it's just a cool song. Lol.
