Holy fucking shit first off I know i’m late as hell. That aside, this girl I was seeing was a huge fan and i slowly just picked it up over time. I found myself playing them even when she wasn’t around. Mind you i’m a hiphop fan like strictly for the longest time. I cant get over how good they are though its insane. Pablo Honey, The Bends, and Ok Computer is the greatest three album run i’ve seen in ten years

I’ve always been a Radiohead fan though there were times certain songs or albums never clicked with me until much time had passed since their release

This year, 15 years after it’s release, In Rainbows finally clicked with me. I’ve listened to it over in over since late June. Weird Fishes/Arepggi is a freaking amazing song. Oddly, this cover version is what lit the fuse.

There's a great version recorded in some studio called the basement. Google "weird fishes basement"

Lianne La Havas has a fantastic cover too. She turns it into a soul/R&B jam.

Sometimes you have to listen to something completely not your style, and then BOOM. I like Radiohead, but you have to be in the right mood.

I am actually having the opposite effect. I listen to Radiohead now and am wondering what I liked about them in the first place.

I’ve tried so hard to get into Radiohead. I do like a few of their songs but like 95% of them are just too strange for me.

How To Disappear Completely is one of the best songs I have ever heard, period.

Just wait until you listen to Amnesiac. Life in a Glasshouse is legendary apocalyptic music. The Smile is also recommended.

It took me a long time to get into them too, but now they are one of my favorite bands as of late. I completely understand why people wouldn’t like them though. I am still not a huge Thom Yorke fan.
