Hey! Currently, I've started to discover a few songs with a sort of abrupt ending, and I find it so interesting. It feels like you're in a situation with no proper closure, or when you feel like something should still be said or done, but it's said and done, and you have to move on.

Does anyone have suggestions of songs with abrupt endings, or which make you feel this way? Let me know!

This or the Apocalypse - Charmer

Not sure if this fits what you’re talking about but I love the ending of this song.

I feel like adding this: I’m also talking about those songs which have a build-up and it abruptly ends

It's kind of famous for its abrupt ending :)

from Wikipedia; 'The final master lasted 8:04, but Lennon decided on a surprise ending. During the final edit with the guitars, drums and white noise climaxing endlessly, he told recording engineer Geoff Emerick to "cut it right there" at the 7:44 mark, bringing the song (and side one of Abbey Road) to an abrupt end.'

The end of London Calling by the Clash feels very unresolved (fading into SOS in Morse code)
