Best girl friends always get into gun scuffles after drinking all night with someone else gun. Sure , that’s a theory. A bad one. I’d say with the video he’s pretty guilty. Megan didnt bring this case the DA did and she testified. As she said this did nothing good for her so why would she do it? Motive alone leaves a lot for the defense to prove.
