Very specific recs?

So musically I'm into sounds that are associated more with rock or pop punk (Queen, the pretty reckless, paramore and avril lavigne for example) and I'm looking for recs that have that kind of sound but with more poetic, soul attacking lyrics (think Simon and Garfunkel, phoebe bridgers, melanie martinez, mitski or just anything that's deeper in general)? Artists I've mentioned 100% have that, but I'm looking for some new stuff :))

If it's any help I'm wanting to add it to my "internal destruction" playlist lol

Manic Street Preachers, if you don't already know them. They started as a punk and glam metal influenced band in the 80s, hit peak popularity in late 90s, and are still going today.

My Chemical Romance sounds a little like all your music examples, even Queen. Not sure about the lyrics. I didn't pay attention to them.
