You can't see the upvotes directly, but you can see the percentage and the net votes.

Let U = upvotes, N = net votes, and P = percentage (as a fraction from 0 to 1)

U = NP / (2P - 1)

U = 1386 × 0.66 ÷ ((2 × 0.66) - 1)

Rounding up we get:

U = 2858

Now I get 3414
