This dude was in the Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, he sang I Keep Forgettin which is the fuckin Regulators sample, AND he's been a studio musician for everyone from god damn Aretha Franklin to freakin Thundercat.
Like WOW. This dude is a freaking machine and NOBODY TOLD ME. I just had to find out on my own literally decades after his prime.
