sigh I called Councilman's Quintana's office to complain about this when it first happened. According to his aide, this was Mayor Baraka's idea and the council just went along with it. Amazing that not one of them thought of googling this organization.

I want to know who is responsible for such agreements in the city of Newark. Who's job is it to look into this stuff? I want all of the previous work reviewed and are there any consequences to such lack of due diligence??? Tax payer money was spent on this!
