I'm a medical student from out of town and I'll be doing an observership at a hospital near NJIT for a month. I'm looking for a place to stay during that time and I was hoping to get some recommendations or advice from locals.

Ideally, I'm looking for a furnished apartment or room within walking distance or a short commute to the hospital. My budget is around $1000/month but I'm willing to be flexible for the right place.

If anyone has any leads or knows someone who is renting out a place, please let me know! I'm open to sharing with roommates or subletting for a short term.
