The kS website has been updated and now includes more details about the next Tower KS teased about months ago. It will be located on the intersection of Central Avenue and Norfolk Street. ( Clifton Ave North of I280) Unlike the 50 Sussex Avenue Tower which is 15 stories and 203 units, this one calls for 250 units on a similar footprint. So we're looking at at least 15 stories. Again, it's a similar footprint but it's a larger area, so it could be 20 stories with a narrow base or 15 stories tops but a wider base. How tall It ultimately gets depends on whether or not they expand into the area occupied by the homeless Village containers. One thing is sure. The smaller the footprint, the taller it'll be. This could be 18 stories maybe even 20. After all, it's 250 units.

The Norfolk St area seems to be hitting the sweet spot of “not crazy expensive land” plus “proximity to Downtown and job centers like University Heights.”

And the NLR Norfolk Street City Subway station is right in the middle. You also have the Biolab building. Who knows? Maybe some young scientists & researchers will move into the new development.
