Paterson's PD is a major source of crime in that city. That alone makes it a different context.

I was referring to the latest controversy there.

Newark also had guys selling drugs out of a community center and has people under indictment working at city hall. But Ras gets good press (when he's not signing deals/being duped by child molesters anyway lol)

I'm not a fan, no. You're entitled to your opinion for sure, and if you like him that's fine. I was just pointing out other news/perspectives on these programs. Like I said, I'm for them and they do have positive impacts. They also have issues.
