The same will have to happen to Newark, you will be priced out and forced to move to a neighboring town if you want to stay in the area, or relocate completely.

The city, state, etc wont care, because someone will be replacing you. The building of new towers wont stop, more land will be sold, more homeowners will sell and more condos will continue to go up. Newark will be the next JC in terms of nonstop construction.

Yup and what I enjoy about a lot of the gentrification boosters on this sub is that they keep claiming we can build our way to affordability meanwhile jersey city is insanely priced and they’ve never stopped building like you said
