What was wrong with the signals...? That picture seems normal , I remember the trains always being packed largely with students pre-pandemic...

I’ve overheard (on a bus, LOL) that NYC-bound NJT buses tend to get packed with people standing in the middle because NJT schedule has yet to adjust to pre-pandemic levels. Might be the same with rail and light rail?

On buses people would stand during rush hour pre-pandemic as well, both in to and out of the city.

My route from my town has been back to normal at least since late 2021 but the express bus and trains are still well below pre-pandemic levels despite the population growth.

instead of trains running every 3-5 mins as they should during rush hour, they were running every 10-12. That’s a very big gap

idk anything abt the signals. The NJT website said they were working on them until further notice

Has this ever actually been the case? I don't remember trains ever coming that frequently.

from my personal experiences, during rush hour, they have been. if I would miss a train, within 3 mins, but no more than 5, another train would show up.

I have been taking the light rail since going to rutgers, so since fall of 2021

They did during rush hours. About every 10 mins or better to/from Bloomfield, 3-5 to/from Franklin Ave. Every 10-12 is ridiculous.
