This is done to restrict law abiding citizens. Why not push new laws that would stiffen current ones when it comes to criminals using them.

I have to wonder is there even a need for this law? Have any legal concealed carriers caused issues or shot anybody? Accidental discharges? Are they making this law "just because"?

This. The iron corridor runs from Georgia up to Newark. Both the original purchaser and user of the tun need to get the book thrown at them. The original purchaser can claim it was stolen all they want, the purchaser needs to be in jail too if they didn't report that gun stolen.

There's ads all over the place that say "don't buy for the other guy" and yet DA's are willing to drop the gun charges to get an easy plea. Fuck all that. Throw the fucking book at them. Legal gun owners shooting paper for fun is not the same as a punk kid who got "disrespected" by another.

More guns means more death. Simple fact. The majority of guns used in crimes in Nj come from out state. Simple fact. Carrying your gun increases your chance of dying and your chance of killing someone else. Simple fact.
