I suspect a lot of people involved these projects dig the old school aesthetic for buildings in downtown area.

The more 'finished' render looks like it doesn't have the 3 extra floors. Whereas the hand drawn looking render has the 3 floors included. Anyone know the deal on that (of course assuming the 3 floors are included)? Maybe the more complete looking render is a phase 1?
