Yeah well… nothing has changed down there in 20 years in terms of quality of life improvements, green spaces, value add businesses (count how many nail / hair salons, $1 stores, check cashing places, “electronics” stores and shady bars are down in the ironbound. It’s time for a large shift in that area. The schools have gone down hill, crime is up, etc. doesn’t help that they kept electing that dummy Amador to do nothing but collect bribes and pad his pension.
