Agreed! And an elevated line would require too much 'rearranging' I think.

Not really. Market st has metal light posts , no pole lines & wires. Same for Raymond Blvd. The main killer is replacing the river bridges. The passaic river bridge is missing the swing span, the Hackensack bridge is completely gone. Just concrete piers.
