Oh good, it took a while She was out there when it snowed covered in snow and in all the elements for a couple years

One of the officers that works at Penn Station told me that she’s been there since he was a rookie & he’s been on TPD (Transit Police Department) for 9 years

I mean I've been working near Penn station for a good 17 years So that might have just been her spot when I finally saw her. It really is a travesty that she was out there for as long as he said. I feel like there's now an invested urgency to get rid of the homeless around newark penn because of the luxury apartments by the city.

Definitely, with all the money flowing into Newark the people who don’t want to see the homeless will do everything to not have them there
