I haven't looked at the halo floor plans, but any height comparison would be based on building height, not stories. There can be a small margin of error for proposed and as built height, so unless Halo is barely surpassing Newark National (which is the tallest building), it isn't complicated.

Halo tower 3 will slightly surpass National Newark building but you really wouldn’t be able to tell who taller since it’s about a 30 feet height gap between both buildings.

It will look great in the skyline. It will also command attention to itself since it will be away from the main group when seen from the south & east.

Just like Boston's Hancock tower.
