That is if you are rating the airport in a way where you average out the different terminal experiences, which is a bit unfair . If you just pay for the better airlines, Terminal C has always been fine.

Newark Airport has real issues other than cosmetic things. It frequently has the worst on time performance.

Different airlines pay for priority. Rarely have delays with United.

It's anecdotal. I can never count on EWR departures or arrivals being quick, and I only fly United.

That matches my experience. I fly United all the time and there are frequently some delays in the process. Newark Airport accommodates more passengers and flights than it was ever built to handle. I mean the numbers are the numbers, we are literally the worst when it is tracked.
