Yea the same goes for all those neglected former warehouse buildings which would make great residential buildings or mixed use like they did in Industry city in Brooklyn.

There was another mansion further down on Clinton Ave but it caught on fire a few years ago

It is a relief to see people who are willing to restore and preserve historical architecture rather than demolish everything and build some disgusting obscene building with no landscape typically taking up public space like sidewalks and not giving a f about neighboring classical structures or playgrounds per se
