Anyone know what’s planned at the vacant lot next to the IDT garage on the corner of Lombardy and Atlantic? They brought an excavator on-site this week and started clearing and grubbing the space. Thanks for this info!! I knew the parking garage and IDT building had been sold; I keep my car in that garage and the staff there had mentioned it, but they didn’t have any idea what was going to happen with that garage or this vacant land next door either. The vacant lot has been an eyesore for a long time, so I’m excited to see some work going on down there regardless of what it may end up being!
