Anyone know what’s planned at the vacant lot next to the IDT garage on the corner of Lombardy and Atlantic? They brought an excavator on-site this week and started clearing and grubbing the space. I heard the garage is getting knocked down. Being replaced with 4 or 5 residential buildings.

Oof, nasty spot for residential buildings if true. That intersection of 21 and Bridge Street is crazy busy and loud basically all day long.
