I remember our water lines freezing at our house. Fucking relocatables had no proper foundations. And in I think '92 we had 8ft drifts in front of the garage, payloaders taking a running start down the road to slam into them. Good times up there. But hey, the dry hot summers offset it a little

Heh yeah that sounds about right, he commented similary to people. Especially being Security Forces, getting fucked into being a missile cop at least once. I know he was aware since it was death throes of Cold War and all

Son is stationed there . Visited him there once . Nice town and fun in the summer. Very very cold in the winter
