I was going to make an "Unclear on the concept" joke, but it's a good bet there aren't sufficient roads to get the car to where they want it. The question remains, what's the point of having a car, then?

probably the king. King Tribhuwan was the king of nepal back then. He didnt have actual power, the ranas had. He helped overthrow rana regime. He was good, not a prick.
