I’m not exactly sure why the paper gun is there, other that it goes with his outfit. The cover is just orange swirls.

That's the actual album cover for "Songs in the Key of Life", but it's also apparently a gun too!

Ive got the album on vinyl. Mine didn’t come with any paper gun.

Mine neither. I think he can pull it out the holster and wave around the cover like a looney tunes gun. Which is kinda wild and weird.
