I would argue that high speed internet should be included in a request for cheap places to live.

I had a buddy in a small PA town who could only get satellite internet and when it snowed it didn’t work well. And it snowed often.

Exactly. WFH would need primo internet service. If looking for employment, 40-50 minutes from a city would benefit OP. Someone mentioned Norristown area, while not the greatest area, it is closer to Philly. So, depends on job situation.
