but it’s a shooting near a school, as the headline said.

That shouldn't even be the headline. It had absolutely nothing to do with the school.

Except the fact that the incident occured directly up the hill from the school. I don't think the headline was inflamatory or too misleading. School was in session and they justifiably went into lockdown. Who knows what direction the commotion or bullets would start coming from
