I totally understand wanting to be self sufficient in the modern world; it’s scary to be reliant on a system which could easily collapse. Pennsylvania is also an amazingly beautiful state, with plenty of virgin forests, vistas, and all of the natural wonders you could ask for. There are so many benefits from enjoying the outdoors in PA. When I was a camp counselor in the Poconos, I spent my only two hours off I was allowed a day hiking around the lakes and that was enough to calm any anxiety or stress from my day.

Berwick may be a fairly rural and conservative area but Pennsylvania becomes bluer and bluer with each election cycle, so the majority of the population aside from the typical rural dissenters are supportive of vaccines and harm reducing health policies. If this is going to be a problem, PA might not be the place for you.

I live in Pittsburgh during the school year and it’s quite a liberal city. A majority of spas, gyms, venues, etc, require vaccines and are supportive. Most people here are also vehemently anti-MAGA and “tyranny talk”, especially because a lot of Pittsburgh transplants moved here to escape that kind of hate and behavior. Randyland is super cool though!

Thank you for the helpful advice and not trying to get into a fight with me lol. I’m actually a classical liberal (libertarian) and just want everyone to have the freedom to do whatever they want as long as they don’t hurt others but apparently a lot of Redditors on here besides you think that’s evil lol.

Yes I love Randyland! I actually don’t like Trump either although I do prefer him to Biden. Btw for everyone who thinks I’m a crazy republican I wouldn’t have voted for Oz either b/c he abuses animals for fun. There’s both good in bad in both parties.

Republicans "Let's make it so trans people can't live"

No amount of "good" makes up for that.
