If you are referring to the abandoned Publicker brewery, the time for reasonably safe urbex has passed. The land was recently sold and is in the early stages of demolition. While it was probably never legal to go there, the chances of being caught trespassing are considerably higher as more people are working at the site.

Thanks, I was there back in August and noticed just about all of the buildings were boarded up but was thinking of going back again.

All indications I can see is if you get caught on the property, you'll be charged with trespassing. You can sneak in from SGL, but once neighbors see you, they'll call the cops. Resist the urge to be stupid.

Thanks. Can they still charge you with trespassing even if the property isn’t posted at the State Game Lands entry? It doesn’t sound worth the hassle though especially with all the buildings boarded up. Nazareth Speedway in Nazareth Pa was a lot more fun visit.

Sure they can. I was there a few years ago so don't know how it is now, but I'd say go on a weekend when there is less likely to be construction work, if they started anything there yet.

Just because property isn't posted doesn't mean you can't be trespassed if caught.

Your probably right. It might hold up in court if it’s not posted but probably not worth the hassle of getting arrested.
