I can’t think that could be true. Our two animal shelters are so clean and healthy smelling. M so sorry.

In my area it’s the SHELTER that gives people the kitties to foster. I meant the shelter vets the people.

Probably just an animal hoarder. Real shelters smell fine because they have a horde of volunteers to clean them.
