About reading comprehension? I would believe the requirements on THE OFFICIAL STATE WEBSITE would be correct. I’m not taking about random bs I’m talking PA SPECIFIC GOVERNMENT QUESTIONS.

Ahhhh... not just "PA specific" (which may be unrelated to the govt) but govt specific.
Have you tried finding stuff on a govt - especially PennDOT or Unemployment - website lately?

Yes and it works? Was laid off during COVID and got everything done online within a couple days and guess what? Nothing was held up because I didn’t ask randos on the internet what was up their stuff.
