Whatever this was or wasn’t about, the owner chose to literally close his business over listening to his employees about something relatively minor. It speaks volumes, really.

If employees walk out because the owner is a shitbag then it's hard to operate the business. Seems he'd rather listen to his ego than listen to the employees.

Right. However dumb he thought this issue was, he could have renamed the drink, rolled his eyes, and continued on. Instead he’s got a closed business for several days, a story in the paper that makes him look like an ass, and probably expiring product because the business was closed. Losses on losses on losses. But hey the libs were owned I guess.

I'm fine if "owning the libs" causes conservatives financial hardship.

Thinking about that time a bunch of Steelers fans burned their $150 jersey over kneeling for the anthem and bought another $150 jersey.

Way to show the NFL they won't be taking this kneeling stuff lightly.

This whole thing sounds so stupid to be honest. I mean, if the claim that he wanted to name a drink “the negro” the following week then I don’t think that would be appropriate but losing their mind over a drink called “the Caucasian?” I mean come on. We have a drink called a White Russian. What exactly is the problem here that they wanted to walk out over a drink called “The Caucasian” that is basically a White Russian? The owner also could have his renamed it something else. All sides here just sound stupid.

I wouldn’t want to work for him or with any of the former employees. It’s his business though. He can die on whatever hill he chooses.

Yea that was my thought. But the owner was extra stupid. Should've just rolled his eyes and renamed it
