Live in south central PA. Seagulls hanging out in store parking lots in winter has been a thing as long as I can remember.

I’m in west and same here. They love the ShopRite parking lot by my house and have for for the whole 14 years I’ve lived here.

Yup. Southeast PA here. The birds come inland and make it to my area in late winter early spring.
