So I'm in the process of selling my home in utah, & am planning to move to the I-79 area of PA between washington & pittsburgh. I work from home so only need solid internet, but I am wanting to know if anyone can point me to some resources for finding a local house or townhome rental in the area? So far I've just been looking things up on various real estate websites(zillow, trulia, etc).

I'm mostly concerned about unresponsive contacts, as I've sent a few test questions to landlords via zillow & gotten either a copy paste response, or none at all about the properties.

Any advice would be very helpful.

I would suggest contacting local real estate agents, Hanna would be a good one to start with, As for the Area, anywhere north of Washington, up toward Bridgeville ,Carnegie, The closer you get towards Pittsburgh rents are extreme. Also out toward the Airport along rt 30 is a nice area. Close to West Virginia.

Thanks for this suggestion. I'll get in contact with them & see what sort of assistance they can offer.

Is high speed internet common as you get further out? Since I work from home thats the only thing thats a non negotiable for where ever we land.
