You enter the parking area from behind the Giant Center. Then you follow the access road parallel to HP Drive until a guy directs you into a specific parking area. Look at google earth to see how it is arranged.

Seems like the better option is to risk a $50 ticket at the outlets than waiting an hour+ to get out the main lots lol
