Live in Carlisle. Was lucky my ballot arrived in a reasonable time. I filled it in and took it to the dropbox. Since then our letter mail simply stopped. Apparently parcels are delivered separately as we still get those. The local po said our carrier was out sick. So the mail just stops. We were told to put our names on a list (with our neighbors) to have our mail sorted so we could pick it up at the po. Good luck.
