Hahaha I really appreciate that they do those heritage road paint schemes. It's nice to get an idea of what could have been.

Of course it would have been a lot cooler if the PRR never went away... Oh well 😂

Trains used to be a technological wonder and inspired a financial mania. I did not realize this until I read the book "Devil Take the Hindmost: A History of Financial Speculation". This explains why so much rail infrastructure was built and why it has scaled back so dramatically.

It runs all over Norfolk Sourhern’s network. It’s one of their locomotives painted to represent the PRR. They have a bunch in different schemes for all the lines they bought or took over one way or another.
