Dropped off mail-in ballot at County ballot drop box yesterday. Someone standing there asked to see my ballot first and I said no. They apparently wanted to make sure I had signed and dated the mailing envelope. None of their business. I don't know if they were county volunteer, democrat, republican, county employee or what...some other guy was locking and unlocking the drop box...clown circus

You should report the situation to your local election board.

Yeah that's absurd. Last time I voted by mail there were clearly identified election officials there to assist and make sure things were in order if people had questions - not some rando just asking to see my vote.
