Hey, I'm trying to add funds to my EZ pass as well as change the auto-replenishment card since the card currently on there is deactivated (from fraud) and I had forgotten to change the auto-replenishment method to my new card.
Whenever I just try to pay the funds, I get a message that says "Sorry! We're unable to process your payment at this time." It also doesn't save when I try to update the auto-replenishment card method.
Is it just the site not working or could it perhaps be trying to recalculate how much I owe and just needs time (since I drove from my boyfriend's in Mass back home to PA yesterday 11/26)? It also wasn't working last night so just trying to figure out if I need to try paying a different method or if I just need to keep trying.
