Hey, I'm trying to add funds to my EZ pass as well as change the auto-replenishment card since the card currently on there is deactivated (from fraud) and I had forgotten to change the auto-replenishment method to my new card.

Whenever I just try to pay the funds, I get a message that says "Sorry! We're unable to process your payment at this time." It also doesn't save when I try to update the auto-replenishment card method.

Is it just the site not working or could it perhaps be trying to recalculate how much I owe and just needs time (since I drove from my boyfriend's in Mass back home to PA yesterday 11/26)? It also wasn't working last night so just trying to figure out if I need to try paying a different method or if I just need to keep trying.

I tried that, no luck unfortunately. Guess I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks for the advice though!

Double check that every number and expiration date is right.

Call them because something else could be going on with the account. It shouldn't be doing that. They are in Monday, so just give them a call then.
