Doesn’t look all that inaccurate. I wish I got Democrat ads… all I ever get are the shitty Republican ones (you know, the ones that say Democrats will put men in girls restrooms and will take all your guns and other stuff that someone would have to be pretty fucking stupid to believe) and I’m a registered independent.

How about the one that says Fetterman is going to legalize all crime, and Oz is going to put every liberal into concentration camps?

Well, I didn't get that one, either. But I expect it any day now.

I honestly have no idea what you’re complaining about. Is it that you disagree with Mehmet Oz’s positions? I find this ad effective, fact-based and sourced.

What is your complaint?

Oh and it’s a Democratic ad. In case you didn’t realize your misnaming the party is a smear.

What's the issue here? There's simple questions and stances for each candidate, saying you can research further if you want a more in-depth answer. There's no weird/edited pictures, or misleading shock headlines trying to instill fear into you. Just "this is where they stand on this particular question" and, the most important part, provides verifiable sources. I wish more would look like this.

Yes, In their mission statement they say “Center for Voter Information is a non-profit, non-partisan partner organization to Voter Participation Center, both founded to provide resources and tools to help voting-eligible citizens register and vote in upcoming elections.”

Tbh I’m pissed that Book Banning ranked higher than Abortion in the list of most important issues to Democrats.

We're just a couple days out from the election. Most people interested in that issue have already made up their minds. The game at this point isn't to list your priorities in order, it's to say whatever wins your preferred candidate the most votes. Don't take it personally.

The time for high-minded debate has passed and all that's left is a mad dash to pick up the remaining "apolitical" voters.

I'm not sure what the Center For Voter Information (a Democrat affiliated organization) is thinking with this ad. It's a plain white piece of paper simplyifying complex issues to "yes" and "no" then following that up with "answers are more complicated than yes or no".

I legit thought this was a shadow Oz ad for a minute. This is the worst political ad I've ever seen in my life. Not to mention I'm a Registered Republican and you send me this? How exactly do you think slandering a candidate with no explanation is gonna help you not only get my vote but flip my vote?

They did source it

Well, they sourced Oz's answers. Not so much with Fetterman.

Sorry that this simple factual ad isn’t to your liking. You didn’t have to say you were a Republican; it was obvious by your aversion to facts

No-Setting9690 t1_iuy16d3 wrote

As oppose to the ones that just state the other is horribly wrong but provides zero on what they would do?

If you dont like the verifiable/sourced facts presented in this mailer, perhaps you should reconsider your party registration.

Pretty sure ‘not liking… facts’ is why OP is a registered Republican.

Jive_Sloth t1_ivvw7h9 wrote

Because it's not an ad. It just tells their positions.

It doesn't do anything to convince you of what to believe.

Unless, maybe some things are clearly better to believe than others...
