The judge who recommended punishing these trumpster election deniers is a Republican. No crying bias. Hilarious these commissioners are claiming they needed to inspect their voting machines in a county that voted 85% Trump.

Copying a comment of mine from an older post older post that is relevant. The corruption is a bit deeper and had Doug’s fingerprints on it too.

> Doug Mastriano, an elected state Senator wants to initiate a “forensic audit” on specific Pennsylvania counties. > > Walking through the timeline, Doug started this nonsense early on and gave Wake Technology Services a healthcare consulting company with no election audit experience ballots from Fulton county PA. The audit was rushed through with very little paper trail, very little reporting. The audit ultimately gave Wake Technology credibility saying they had election audit experience. Fast forward, Wake technology was used as a subcontractor by Cyber Ninjas thus giving them credibility and audit experience. Doug went out to visit Arizona’s audit claiming it was the golden standard for how audits should be performed and now plans bring it back to PA for a full audit in the counties Biden won. It’s a dirty circle… > > Doug’s campaign spent money to bus people down to the riots, lied about his involvement in the riots and now he wants to use his political power to #stopthesteal and turn over information to 3rd parties he is in cahoots with. This isn’t someone who should have the power that he has. > > I want to add a quote from this news article as well: > > Wake Technology Services, Inc., co-founder Gene Kern and Fulton County’s elections director, IT director and one member of the three-person election board signed a document on Dec. 31 stating that Kern was requesting to check the county’s voting machines and mail-in ballots from the general election. At the bottom of the typed document are handwritten notes stating that Pennsylvania state Sen. Doug Mastriano set up the audit and that Wake TSI is contracted with Defending the Republic, Powell’s 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization. County clerk Lisa Mellott-McConahy identified the handwriting as belonging to Kern. > > PA has already had 2 real audits, but let’s have another instead of fixing the worst roads in the nation.

This is insane. How can this happen? They cannot understand, people really, really just don't like them.

It's a child's way of thinking. "All Dems bad, all Dems cheat"

Even at the federal level where you hear a Lindsey Graham admitting they can't win on policy, or "if 18 yr olds vote, we'll never win another election," they are admitting they have to cheat to win, and then justify it. But yeah, all Dems are cheaters? The toxic remnants of these fraudits, are, they are now considered normal. If young people continue the trend they started this election, we can neuter them in 2024.

I just don't get the logic of R's digging for possible election fraud in counties where their guy had massive wins. Is it just that unfathomable to them that a whopping 15% of their neighbors voted for the other guy?

And to be fair, I've actually heard that sentiment from actual voters - that he couldn't have possibly won, because it's impossible for that many people to like and support him. Never accounting for the fact that so many people grew to really hate the incumbent and were actively voting against him.

jlomba1 t1_ix2yt30 wrote

Maybe they are thinking “This gives us more experience that we can add to our auditing resume; and we can develop the tricks we need to ‘find’ more votes in counties where the R’s lost.”

Muscadine76 t1_ix3lug5 wrote

I suspect it might be more that they could actually get away with doing it - that county officials would be compliant/ complicit. The news story of doing an audit on the election is enough to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the election for their target audience. And if they were able to find any inconsistencies that might also allow pressure to be applied for more county audits.

The logic is that they pick the most Republican places they can find, like Fulton County where 85% of people voted for trump, and where they can get unfettered access to voting equipment. Then they hire fake election consultants like Wake TSI to make bullshit reports stating the machines are unreliable to plant seeds of doubt in the election process. It’s both transparently evil and effective.

Please share this far and wide. I live in this county and the corruption is unbelievable.

Edited to add. Source: https://www.fultoncountynews.com/articles/county-refuses-library-request-for-additional-funding/

This is also the same county (and commissioners) that, in November 2021, refused an additional 3k in funding to the library because the library hosts LGBTQ groups. The republican commissioners reason for refusal included "not funding a hate group"* and asking "do we want Muslims moving until the country?"

Note‐‐------‐------- *TrueNorth Wellness had asked to use meeting space at the library and the additional funding was NOT related to this request.

“We and TrueNorth Wellness Services wanted to offer this opportunity to the county’s LGBTQ+ community because a library patron asked if there was a safe meeting space for said community,” Brambley told the “News.” The lack of current LGBTQ+ support group was also identified in a recent needs-based assessment for the community. -----‐---------------------

I quote from the article "[Commissioner] Ulsh then gave details of a news story he read a few days prior concerning a Muslim man identified as a terrorist. According to Ulsh, the man was allegedly found with plans regarding a takeover of American soil. He described that the man arrested had a 30-year plan to take over the United States, and that “we” were in year 27, stage four of the plan."

The article goes on to state "Commissioner Ulsh stated, “I don’t agree with any organization, any group. I don’t agree with any organization that gets a group together that has an agenda behind it. I don’t care if it’s hate-based, I don’t care if it’s Pagans, I don’t care if it’s the Ku Klux Klan. Any organization has an agenda, or they wouldn’t have an organization. If instilled into a standalone person that numbers are what wins, so everybody automatically decides that the more people we get involved, the more we can take over. That’s overthrowing, and I don’t agree with that. I don’t agree with a group overthrowing anything, so I don’t agree with organizations no matter what it is.”"

In further explaining their rationale, Commissioners Bunch responded with,“I ain’t saying that every LGQ (sic) organization is a hate group. I’m saying it creates hate just like all these other ones create hate. I don’t hate anybody. I’m just saying that LGBTQ and any of those organizations make people upset. I personally think none of them need any part in Fulton County. I don’t dislike anybody; I just don’t want something that’s going to create friction between people. I don’t feel where taxpayers’ money is given that stuff like that should go on. None of it. Not the LGBTQ, Proud Boys, Ku Klux Klan – I don’t agree with any of that.”

P.s. it is my opinion they DO very much agree with the proud boys and KKK. One of the commissioners has a huge mural of Trump right beside a white Jesus on the walls of his business. And heaven forbid if you aren't an extreme right church going Christian, but that's my opinion.

And - several local residents started fund raising and we were able to get way more than the 3K originally requested.

There were efforts across PA to have Wake Tech access voting machines. The way Fulton handled it, and their lawyers handled the injunction stuff, is stunningly stupid. Tom Carroll ought to have his law license yanked. And that woman lawyer from Michigan? Why did they even try to have someone under federal investigation in another state is stunningly stupid. I read all 79+ pages of the President Judge's Findings of Fact and Recommendations. You should, too.
