How about a nice bike ride on the SRT in Phoenixville? We could stop for lunch at Fitzwater Station.

I walk my dogs on the SRT almost every weekend, they just paved the section by me at the beginning of this year and it's been great.

The section from North Coventry to Pottstown where the trail crosses the 422 bridge near Armand Hammer Blvd is going to be completed in the spring.
