i only ever got help from unemployment, by calling my local PA CareerLink office, getting through to them (way easier than to unemployment, but still not easy, just not impossible) and then they literally put your name/number on a list (a google doc, i've gathered, it sounds like) that the people at unemployment pick from/work from and no joke, like 3 days later (2 different times, a year plus apart during the pandemic) someone will call you back from unemployment and answer your questions/issues/fix your shit.

good luck. it's one of the more frustrating exercises i've endured over my years.

Contact your local state House rep. tomorrow by phone. They should help you.

This is the answer. My husband did not receive one payment for the first three months, no way to get in touch with anyone. He went to the rep's office and had a phone call by the end of the day and payment for all three months in like 24 hours.
