Well sure let’s ask the web instead of placing a phone call.

Probably. They would have to throw them out, but just call and ask.

Coincidentally, I listened to a lady with a similar story at a Trulieve dispensary. While the Budtender was sympathetic, they didn't offer a refund or swap on an open, used product.

They offered her advice on strains and she ended up buying something else.

If I were you, seek advice on strains and keep that edible for future usage.

Unless the edible was rancid and caused illness outside of the effects of cannabis intoxication, then..perhaps talk to a manager or corporate to reconcile.

Probably not unless there was an issue with the product itself (like mold or something).

Unlikely. At most dispensaries I've been to, if they accidentally drop a bud on the counter while filling the container they have to toss it, they can't just put it into your jar, or back in the container to sell to someone else.

And edibles are technically food product; you can't returned opened food to the supermarket, unless it's literally defective.

Try eating just a half, or even a quarter. You don't have to eat the whole thing, and many edibles are formed / molded precisely for this purpose.

Reach out to the company that made the product. Sometime they will issue a refund to the store
