Yes. Source: grew up nearby. Still stop in the bar at the overlook there whenever I'm back from some cheap drinks.

I service fire equipment, so every May I stay in Towanda for a week. The fanciest gas station in Pennsylvania is the Dandy Mart near Wysox Fire Station. It was the Piollet Mansion, built in 1971.
