They just told me it was a Tactical Vehicle (capitalized like that)... no one would give me further details or a better pic. I wish they would say where it was coming from, like was it doing snow work or training, etc. Maybe the family will get more information and share something. If they do I'll def. run an update.

Context: “Tactical Vehicle” basically means any army vehicle painted tan or green and designed to operate off road, ie not a “GOV” or normal commercial vehicle such as a Ford 15-passenger van or something that would have a GSA license plate.
