yes I'm trying to find out more on this case and I know the affidavits kind of give more info. The dockets are up on it was curious if that affidavit was accessible anywhere. It took them a year after the fact to charge her so I am very curious on it all.

Head down to the relevant court and ask where you can pick up a copy of a criminal complaint and a copy of an affidavit of probable cause. The criminal complaint will contain the criminal charges that the defendant faces, the affidavit of probable cause will contain the narrative that justifies the charges. You will need the defendant's name and the docket number to obtain these records.

These should be available to you at no cost, though that may vary by jurisdiction.
