Check the prothonotary office in your county. Or you can get on usjportal but that won’t give you all the details.

Are you asking about a criminal case? Criminal complaints are public records. You should be able to obtain it from the district justice offices prior to the preliminary hearing or after that from the county clerk of court office. Be prepared that you may to be give a hard time about obtaining it but they are public records.

yes I'm trying to find out more on this case and I know the affidavits kind of give more info. The dockets are up on it was curious if that affidavit was accessible anywhere. It took them a year after the fact to charge her so I am very curious on it all.

Head down to the relevant court and ask where you can pick up a copy of a criminal complaint and a copy of an affidavit of probable cause. The criminal complaint will contain the criminal charges that the defendant faces, the affidavit of probable cause will contain the narrative that justifies the charges. You will need the defendant's name and the docket number to obtain these records.

These should be available to you at no cost, though that may vary by jurisdiction.

Complete this form and ask for the Police Criminal Complaint and Affidavit of Probable Cause for the case against the defendant. Include the docket number that starts with MJ-XXXXX-CR-etc.

Bring, fax, or mail the form to the Magisterial District Court. You will have to pay up to 25 cents per page for the copies. Let me know if this helps.
